Broadsword Group, LLC completed acquisition of the Sharps Rifle Co., which included the sister companies of A-Square rifles and ammunition, Hermann H. Heiser holsters and Merwin Hulbert and Co. New ownership and a new management team is steering a different course for these companies through their flagship headquarters in Glenrock, WY.

Although the reintroduction of these Old West revolvers was a dream for many, Broadsword has elected to cease development of the project and pass it on to a company with a long history of success in this sort of reproductions.

But, as a moral obligation, Broadsword Group felt a strong need to reimburse the many Merwin Hulbert customers their financial investment. Letters will be mailed out to the Merwin Hulbert customers about the refund process. The refund process is anticipated to be completed this spring. Again, thank you, Merwin Hulbert customers, for your support, patience and understanding.
